Location is excellent and convenient, away from Tourist Area. The rooms are cheap and new-fashioned for reasonable prices with fully equipped kitchen and a large balcony, for example.

I stayed at this place before and I'll definitely return, every detail was fantastic and I had a great time, the location was very central near the shopping center.

Never ask for more. The staff was caring for the maximum reputation, which reflected -positively- to their services. If u r looking to have a comprehensive good stay in istanbul and to feel at home, "116 residence" will be the best decision,

Quiet and convenient position, we enjoyed staying here.

By and large, it was brilliant base for sightseeing in Istanbul, had much fun and met responsive staff with excellent services. Had the queen studio which was cheap for 3 persons breakfast. A dishwasher, a refrigerator and an oven were provided if needed.

The rooms here are modern and affordable, and they come equipped with tissues, a terrace, and even a washing machine! 🏡 The staff is super helpful and pays close attention to your needs.

Difficult to find.

The rooms were spacious, well equiped and clean. It is not really located in the heartbeat of Istanbul, but therefore the road is quiet.

This place has a lovely building and rooms with a terrace, offers plenty of breakfast options, and is situated in a peaceful residential area close to the mall, metro station, and bus stations.

Very clean and very nice people talking English. We got very nice apartment as it was mentioned in the pictures. very nice design and so quite to relaxe. Near to big mall (5mins walking).

if you have car with you, i think you will suffer to find parking.

We booked a neat economy apartment for 3 persons with breakfast included. The staff were really helpful and extremely accommodating. The location was unbeatable!
